– For Non-Customized Products:
– Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
– To cancel, email us at support@jaipurframes.com with your order number.

– For Customized/Personalized Products:
– Due to the custom nature of these products, orders cannot be cancelled once processing or production has begun.
– If a cancellation request is made before production starts, we will do our best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.

2. Returns & Exchanges

– We accept returns only for:
– Damaged items
– Incorrect items delivered
– Defective craftsmanship

– Conditions:
– You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
– The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

– Non-Returnable Items:
– Customized or personalized products
– Items on sale or clearance

– How to Initiate a Return:

– Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

– Approved Refunds:
– Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
